Phase to Phase, LLC was formed January 28, 2018 by its President and CEO, Jonathan Bridgers. Phase

To Phase, LLC was created to provide the power industry with an additional resource to turn to when

looking for testing and commissioning services in the electric utility industry. Our mission is to develop

strong relationships with companies within the power sector who support the generation,

transmission, and distribution of electric power. Our vision is to be the leading provider of electrical

testing and commissioning services in the United States based on safety, performance, and fiscal

responsibility. Phase To Phase, LLC believes values such as strong leadership, integrity, and personal

courage are the differentiators that set Phase To Phase, LLC apart and will allow it to accomplish both

its mission and vision.

Phase To Phase, LLC obtained its first contract as a subcontractor for Trace Electrical Services & Testing

in August of 2018. Trace Electrical Services & Testing is a company whose headquarters are in Trenton,

NJ. At the time they were already providing services to First Energy. The contract with Trace was “Time

& Material”. In May 2019 the agreement between Trace Electrical Services & Testing and Phase To

Phase, LLC ended making way for a new agreement between Phase To Phase, LLC and First Energy to

be created. This allowed Phase To Phase, LLC to continue supporting First Energy’s projects throughout

their footprint. Energizing the Future is the name of the initiative First Energy created to strengthen

their transmission equipment throughout all their operating companies.

All the projects Phase To Phase, LLC has supported since 2018 have involved substation relaying and

equipment upgrades. Below are a handful of the projects we have successfully completed:

• 69kV 4 Breaker Ring Bus project – New Control House

• 138kV Line Relaying Replacement – Relocation and Upgrade

• 138kV Line Relaying and Breaker & Control Replacement – Upgrade
